Druid Theatre’s Waiting for Godot on Tour
We were privileged to attend Druid Theatre’s production of Samuel Beckett’s Waiting for Godot at An Grianán Theatre in County Donegal last night. Widely regarded as one of the most significant plays of the twentieth century, Waiting for Godot is a masterpiece that draws endless interpretations and Druid’s production has won acclaim from audiences and critics alike, and multiple Irish Times Irish Theatre Awards.
The production is currently on tour across Ireland and will also travel to America and the UK this year. Featuring Aaron Monahan, Marty Rea, Garrett Lombard and Rory Nolan this truly is a not to be missed opportunity to see some of the greatest actors of our generation in this captivating re-imagining of Beckett’s classic tragicomedy.
