WATCH | Tourism Ireland to Launch Game of Thrones Campaign

A new Tourism Ireland campaign will showcase Northern Ireland as ‘Game of Thrones Territory’ to fans around the world.

The excitement is building. After a decade of filming and production in the north, Game of Thrones is finally drawing to a close. With this in mind, Tourism Ireland is getting ready to launch a brand new Game of Thrones campaign.

In preparation, Tourism Ireland has taken fans’ most searched, shared and talked about moments from the show and immortalised them into stained-glass monuments. The eighth and final season of Game of Thrones is scheduled to premiere on April 14 on HBO in America and April 15 on Sky Atlantic in the UK and Ireland. Unlike previous seasons, it only consists of six episodes and will wrap up in May 2019.
