Free from additives, colours and preservatives, they currently produce two cakes – the Honey Cake with Hazelnuts, a sponge cake layered with Irish honey and caramel filling, decorated with Irish artisan dark chocolate and hazelnuts; and the Cocoa Honey Cake, a cocoa sponge cake layered with Irish honey honey and milk coconut filling, decorated with white Irish artisan chocolate.
