A Taste of Salamanca – Cookbook
Are you ready to whip up a mouth-watering taste of Spain and the Mediterranean in your own home? Dublin’s finest tapas bar is here to help. The team behind Salamanca, the Spanish-inspired tapas bar on Dublin’s St. Andrew’s Street, have just launched their debut cookbook A Taste of Salamanca.
Salamanca has been a mainstay on the Dublin foodie scene since its inception in 2002 at the heart of the city centre. Back then it was one of the first tapas bars in Ireland and it remains a firm favourite for those on the hunt for Spanish tapas in Dublin. As the owner of the restaurant and writer of this great collection of recipes, along with head chef Aleksandar Dimitrov, Caroline Boyle is tireless in her efforts to bring a taste of the Mediterranean to her customers, she spends as much time as possible travelling around Spain collecting ideas on food, wine and décor to ensure a truly authentic and enjoyable experience is always on the menu at Salamanca.
For this cookbook Caroline Boyle has teamed up with her head chef Aleksandar Dimitrov and created an extensive collection which will suit any occasion. The book begins with a list of essential ingredients which will help bring these dishes to life and give that authentic Mediterranean flavour that’s so important in the restaurant. The book also features sections on dips and sauces, salads, tapas, party menus, desserts and much more. There really is something delicious for every occasion in here, the hardest part will be choosing what to cook next!
