The Simon and Garfunkel Story Comes to the Gaiety this October
Acclaimed West End show ‘The Simon & Garfunkel Story’ takes up residency in the Gaiety Theatre from October 29th to November 3rd.
The biggest and most successful Simon & Garfunkel concert style theatre show, it has been seen by sold-out audiences in more than 50 countries across the world. Using state of the art video projection, original film footage and a full live band, The Simon & Garfunkel Story chronicles the rise of the 50’s rock n roll duo, from their early days as Tom & Jerry, to global superstardom.
The Simon & Garfunkel Story takes you through all the songs and stories that shaped them – ‘Mrs Robinson’, ‘Bridge Over Troubled Water’, Homeward Bound’, Scarborough Fair’, ‘The Boxer’, ‘The Sound of Silence’, as well as their dramatic break-up and solo careers. The show climaxes with a beautiful recreation of their legendary 1981 Central Park reunion concert.
With more than 100 million album sales since 1965, Simon & Garfunkel’s poignant songs made them one of the most successful folk-rock duos of all time.
