Roald Dahl’s The Twits is Coming To The Mill Theatre
dlr Mill Theatre‘s Summer programme continues to go from strength to strength as MillProductions will be performing Roald Dahl’s hilarious tale The Twits from June 13 – 23.
Based on the 1980 children’s book from Dahl, it centres on Mr. and Mrs. Twit – the smelliest, nastiest and ugliest people in the world. They hate everything, except playing mean jokes on each other. They catch innocent birds to put in their Bird Pies, and make their caged monkeys, the Muggle-Wumps, stand on their heads all day. But the Muggle-Wumps have had enough.
Performances of the show are split in two, weekend and school. The former take place on June 15 – 16 and June 22 – 23 and are open for everybody. Adult tickets cost €16 while children under 12 years can enter for €14.
School performances will run from June 13 – 21 and are aimed solely at classes of youngsters. Ticket prices are €10 per child, with one teacher for every 10 students getting free entry. To book classes, phone 01-2969340 or email [email protected]
