Fitzwilliam Card Club have scary money to be won on Halloween Night
The Fitzwilliam Card Club are offering scary money this Halloween night, with staff and customers encouraged to get in the spirit of the evening and come along in fancy dress.
As an added incentive to really push the boat out with those crazy Halloween costumes, they are offering €250 prizes for the best dressed customer and staff member. Expect to see Dracula dealing cards and Frankenstein’s Monster spinning the roulette wheel as you try to win big.
There will be gaming specials on the gaming floor throughout the night and they will have their usual €80 Texas Holdem Tournament at 8pm.
The doors open at 6pm and new members are always welcome from at home and abroad. There are always plenty of events going on, with poker tournaments and cash games as well as roulette and more.
One great event to look out for at the Fitzwilliam Card Club in the coming weeks is the November Poker Festival Main Event.
Kicking off on 25 November, this is the largest annual independent poker festival in Ireland and this year it will be presented by World Series of Poker host Kara Scott. Joining one of the biggest female names in poker will be Irish poker legend Padraig Parkinson and snooker world champion Ken Doherty, who will be hosting and commentating at the event. Both are members of the club and are delighted to be involved in this local event.
The November Festival will be televised in early December so this is your chance to this is your chance to appear on TV at the televised final table.
